Our Stainless Steel Hook & Eye Straining Screws (also known as turnbuckles) are an ideal solution for tensioning in corrosive environments. Made from A4 (316) marine-grade stainless steel, they offer excellent protection against rust. The open-body design allows for easy adjustment and inspection. Featuring one forged hook and one forged eye, this straining screw is ideal for balustrading and marine applications where one end may need to be quickly attached or detached.
Important Safety Notice: These straining screws are not load rated for lifting applications. They are designed for tensioning and securing loads only. Do not use for overhead lifting or any safety-critical application.
