Our Stainless Steel Wire Rope Thimbles are a high-quality component for creating reinforced eyes in wire rope loops. A thimble is an essential part of a wire rope assembly, as it supports the loop (eye) and protects the individual wire strands from being crushed or abraded when connected to a shackle or other fitting. The A4 (316) marine-grade stainless steel provides maximum corrosion resistance, making these thimbles ideal for outdoor, coastal, and marine applications.
