Product Overview
Our Galvanised U.S. Spec Screw Pin Bow Shackles are a high-strength, load-rated lifting component manufactured to meet the performance requirements of the U.S. Federal Specification RR-C-271. Forged from high-tensile alloy steel and finished with a Hot Dip Galvanisation (HDG), they provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The “bow” shape provides ample room for multi-leg slings. This shackle is equipped with a screw pin (collar pin) which is ideal for applications where the shackle needs to be frequently removed and re-attached.
Important Safety Notice: These shackles are load-rated for lifting. The Working Load Limit (W.L.L.) is clearly marked and must not be exceeded. Always inspect shackles for wear or damage before each use. For overhead lifting, ensure the pin is fully tightened and secure before applying the load. Not suitable for permanent installations where the load may cause the pin to rotate.
