Product Overview
Our Galvanised Alloy Steel Safety Pin Bow Shackles are a high-strength, load-rated lifting component, essential for connecting slings, chains, and wire ropes. Forged from high-tensile alloy steel and finished with a Hot Dip Galvanisation (HDG), they provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance for demanding outdoor environments. The “bow” shape provides ample room for multi-leg slings, and the shackle is equipped with a high-security safety pin (nut and bolt with a split cotter pin), making it ideal for permanent or long-term installations where the pin is not required to be removed often.
Important Safety Notice: These shackles are load-rated for lifting. The Working Load Limit (W.L.L.) is clearly marked and must not be exceeded. Always inspect shackles for wear, damage, or deformation before each use. For overhead lifting, ensure pins are correctly and securely fastened.
